  • I haven't received a confirmation email for my booking..

    Your booking confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder.
    If you don’t find it there please email us restaurantminefal@gmail.com & we’ll be happy to check your booking.

  • Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?

    We love dogs however our indoor space is very very small. If you have a medium to large dog we recommend booking an outdoor table for their comfort.

  • Do you sell gift vouchers?

    Yes. We can can arrange either a digital gift voucher or we can pop one in the post.
    You can either collect one from the restaurant or send us an email to restaurantminefal@gmail.com & we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

  • Do you have a children's menu?

    Children are always welcome. We can do any of our main courses in half portions at half price & simplified for little palates if needed.

  • Is the restaurant accessible?

    There is a small step to get in to the restaurant but the team are always on hand to help you navigate it. There is an accessible toilet next door at the Chintz bar which you are welcome to use.

  • Can I bring my own wine?

    You are welcome to bring along a bottle if you have something special you’d like to drink. Corkage is charged at our house wine price.
